Participants bring real challenges and ideas from inside their organisation. We surface assumptions, pressure-test thinking and help the room decide what's worth building. By the end of this phase, every participant has a clear idea they're backing.

Build

This is where it gets real. Using Al-powered tools and our guidance, participants build a working proof of concept in the room, on the day. No coding experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to make something.

Pitch

Participants test their POC with a partner, conduct live interviews and present to the room for feedback. They leave with a clear decision using our Build, Pivot or Kill matrix and the confidence to know the difference.
