25 years in tech and operations leadership across startups, small businesses, and enterprise. I’ve scaled businesses, led engineering, operations, and cybersecurity at scale. Built teams that actually want to come to work.
What I really do is help businesses grow, with solutions and processes that are good for the business, good for their customers, and good for their team. That usually means using AI to take work off your team, not replace them. Most of what I do is unsexy: getting rid of the work that's eating your team's day, automating what should be automated, and freeing them up to do the work that actually matters. If you're looking for someone to tell you AI is going to make your business 10x overnight, I'm not your person.
